[METHOD] Automating Testnet Faucet Claims via Bash Scripts

Farming Layer-2 testnets requires test tokens (ETH, Sepolia, etc.). Manually visiting faucets every 24 hours is a waste of time. You can automate this entirely using a simple Bash script and a VPS Cron job.

The Automation Script
Create a file named faucet_claim.sh on your Ubuntu server. This script uses cURL to send a POST request directly to the faucet's API endpoint, bypassing the front-end UI.

Setting the Cron Job
Make the script executable with chmod +x faucet_claim.sh. Then, open crontab (crontab -e) and add this line to run it automatically every 24 hours at 01:00 AM:
